Hope that you are doing fine.

I visited your web site and signed your guestbook. And you asked for any stories.

Well, mine isn't no big war story; it is just telling you about the one hero that I have looked up to all my life, my Grandfather, He served with the 5th Rangers E company; he was in the Normandy landings. He told me about signing up; about how proud he was of serving his country. The country that he loved so very much. To take pride in what I have done, and to always be ready.

He passed away June 8, 1992. To this day I miss him so very much, but I know he is still standing at his post.

He inspired me to join the Marine Corp. I served with the 1st Marine Division and I also went on to serve my country, as my Grandfather did.

I loved the Website. You did a great job.
